Dear Lydia, there was scaffolding on the building where I rent my apartment for two months at the end of last year. They also covered all of my windows by a dark blue foil so even getting fresh air in was impossible. Time before Christmas has always been the most depressing time of year to me for various reasons and that scaffolding and the darkness definitely didn’t help. Nevertheless, I just wanted to say that I can totally understand you. It’s not easy for young people to build themselves up in a big city, everything’s $$$ and one has to put up with so many things. But exactly as you said, sometimes life‘s pushing us out of our comfort zones in order for us to move on for something better, have compassion for people getting through similar experiences and appreciating little things in life like the daylight, etc. Sending hugs to London 🤗

It's been such a messy summer. I've personally been doing my best to maintain but sometimes it feels like trudging through mud like you're just constantly subject to this maelstrom of chaos that just latches on to you in such indiscernible ways.

I'm in New Orleans rn and it's been so hot and muggy. The weather is so oppressive it's like you're melting sometimes.

It's tough but I guess if we can handle this we can handle anything. So yeah keep your star shining. Have a good day.

Also feeling uninspired, I can't turn my mind of and enjoy potentially my last free summer before uni. Hopefully times will get better...

Yes i been noticing it this summer so hard for me a huge fight with my bf and we almost broke up and his father just died of pneumonia, im gaining weight and i can't go outside in the extreme heat, i hope things get better for you too love 💙🤗
