Hello! I work at a Cruise Ship and in one of our cruises I met some Japanese dudes that work at Fujifilm as R&D, I noticed they were carrying an Xpro3, X100V and X-E4 and sometimes they sit at the restaurants and like talk about those cameras and point at them with pens. Once I decided to greet them and they told me they're working on something new for the X100 and Xpro but they didn't want me to tell what it was, but one of them told me "we're making a lot of changes on the OVF". One friend have a theory that MAYBE they will make an OVF with augmented reality (like imagine having focus peaking over the image in the frameline in the OVF)

I think the idea with the tiny front screen on the X-Pro 3 can live if there's a quick mode which can turn off the tilt screen keeping just the film icon.
The tilt screen would make more sense, since it's a stylish camera which you would want to use not just in that slow mode when you use the viewfinder only.

The X-Pro4 needs the 40mp sensor of the XT-5, its IBIS, an improved EV. The form factor should be preserved as well as a more robust version of the flip down screen. Yes, Fuji should double down on the flip down screen.

There won’t be a flippy screen on X-Pro4. I suspect, based on the current lineup, that Fujifilm is splitting their cameras into two categories: photo and video/hybrid. The X-T5 return to folding screen and the implementation of excellent video centric models leads me ro believe this. I suspect that it’s possible Fujifilm will release the X-Pro4 with an X-T5 rear screen and, perhaps another round of updated lenses shaped to clear the X-Pro4 OVF (updated Fujicrons if you will). Of course this is all just speculation …. buuut, take a second look at the XF30mm f2.8 macro. Is it not shaped to work well with an OVF? I digress.

What will they do with the dumb angle on the dial deck that makes the camera look like a wedge? Fuji, redesign the body to clean up and modernize the lines like on the X100V and EX-4. If you're going to imitate Leica, don't go half way. That's what we want and why the X100V production can't keep up with demand.

No Ibis. Less tech, less weigh, reduced sizes, less problems. Keep it a simple shooter. If you can't hold ist still it's your fault

Xpro4 is long due! It will be a big disappointment if they don't announce it in April. Don't need another mediocre fuji camera.

Bring a range finder type of focusing option for the EVF, 10 stops of ibis, and accessory option mamiya rz67 type of viewfinder I can attached to the hot shoe 💦💦💦
