This is one I figured out some years ago. I tuned in to see what you may have done differently from me. If you throw some onions and bell peppers in while the meat is cooking, it makes it so good! If you're concerned about getting the amount of beef just right, coat the hard shell with queso (melted cheese), put your meat on it, lay out your big tortilla, and quickly rotate it in the center. The cheese prevents it from falling over (or at least helps). I've made alternate versions of this myself (like a BBQ Chicken/House Salad Crunchwrap for example. I made a Nacho Supreme one using Velvetta's Nacho Supreme bake and it was orgasmic!).
