Hi. I know this video is old but I just got this plugin and it seems that the 'Age' knob works only like an on off switch. Meaning that on 0% the delay is really bright, but as soon as it gets to 1% it gets really dark. After that there doesn't seem to be any more change to the sound when you turn it the rest of the way. Is this the same for you?
