The only other male act that wore hot pants at the time - aside from the infamous pimped out early Soul Train Al Green clip, complete with buccaneer boots - was...you ready? SMOKEY ROBINSON & THE MIRACLES on their farewell tour with Smokey! But again..whatever happened to Johnny Williams? Does anyone know? One slice of funk and he fell off the face of the earth!
