Definitely feels like Jagex are trying to put the basic prayer book on level footing with curses. Soul Split has been mandatory for high level bossing, and with the Necro Split Soul spell, it's just got worse. Eclipsed Soul + Divine Rage might give Soul Split + t95 curses a run for their money.

I feel like how Eclipsed Soul is going to work is that it'll prompt a 10-tick heal in the background for 1% each time. Anytime it procs it'll just reset the timer to 10-ticks. So in theory if you get 33% crit-rate you'll be healing 1% of your health every tick during combat. So for someone with 99 HP and no buffs, you'll be getting 99hp every tick.

Easiest current example to use is Enhanced Excalibur, which has a 5-min cooldown. It essentially heals a 99 HP player for 56.5hp every tick. This effect only lasts for 35 ticks without elite Seers or 70 ticks with. So essentially it'd be a permanent buffed Enhanced Excalibur effect that consumes prayer points.

Something I haven't seen anyone mention about the divination offhand:

Currently in divination world's people swarm the enriched spring making it unclickable. With this there wont be nearly as many people nearby making it far easier.

So I've been testing the Runic Attuner and I've done 7-8 50 runs. I finally got soul runes on my 50th and filled up to 100 charges, and I got 550k experience and 446 Soul runes, so that is quite impressive. I do wish the every 5 bonus for runes was more than 50% it doesn't feel significant enough to be impactful, but it is novel and makes RC kind of fun.

I think the offhand div should allow to add 1 second of wisp duration uncapped. Therefore it's not redundant with div cape and allows for more community activity by collectively extended enriched wisps for xx amount of seconds or even minutes

My assumption is that each time you interact with an alter, it will change its attunement. Each interaction will give you 1 energy. EG: Every 50 random alters you use, you get the big buff.

I imagine the RC off-hand is made for abyss crafting. Do all the random altars till you get 50 energy then go craft bloods or souls or whatever.
