I passed my test today.🎉🎉. I reviewed these 200 questions, over and over, listening to the rationale, specially, why not the others. I saved time, by reading the answers first and narrowing down to obvious answers according to the tips from Andrew. For example, if one answer says, fire, abort, cancel, any word that men’s a command, an order, etc. 99% that is NOT the answer, then I looked for words like, collaborate, compromise, analyze, discuss, evaluate, communicate, meet, empower, MVP, trust, etc. that should be one of the options to consider. In over 90% of the 180 question, I was able to narrow down the answer to just two options, just following the key concepts that Andrew says. That saves you a lot of time to focus. Then, when reading the information, you know two possible answers, now just narrow the narrative, take out the noise, and look for the key world in the narrative and the question. That key word will be the distinguishing factor between the two options. Example of key worlds in the narrative and questions were, what to do FIRST, without increasing the budget, without increasing the schedule, the time of delivery is urgent, how could this being AVOIDED, how can this be PREVENTED. Lastly, My test had over 160 questions related to Agile concepts. Barely anything waterfall. Barely anything related to formulas, actually, only 1 question about CPI, and no calculation was needed. Lots of questions about conflicts with, people, executives, vendors, multicultural teams, multi geographical teams, vendors failing, team members leaving, or getting sick, team development, team training, companies changing from predictive to agile, steps to apply risk management, when to use the CCB, stakeholders management, stakeholder introducing changes or disrupting the project, and I mean, ..LOTS of the question re about that. Then I got 4 or 5 match the concept pairing. Hope this helps. If you take Andrew’s course, there is no way you won’t pass the first time. Doing tests, is your primal weapon.
