About Ed Pierzak: Edward Pierzak is Senior Vice President of Research and is responsible for commercial real estate and macroeconomic analysis while building and strengthening relationships with public, private, and academic organizations. Ed has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, and portfolio management. Before Nareit, he worked at San Diego State University, Bridge Investment Group, TIAA, and Henderson Global Investors.
