Human Resource Management: A Day in the Life

I would say no Two days are exactly the same, but

looking at resumes. You know, you wouldn't imagine how many resumes we look at in a day,

You're connecting with hiring managers, asking them about new roles that we've opened.

You may be taking time to do an interview with the candidate,

or interviewing and working with them on a skills assessment.

it's a lot of working with hiring managers and resetting expectations,

working with candidates and helping them feel prepared, and also just having a really great time with our team.

Yeah. I think it's a mix of, you know, detective work. I'd say looking at,

perfect fit for the position.

Matchmaking these candidates to the perfect role as well. Like what Megan said, no, two of these are the same.

it's sometimes crazy, but it's always rewarding once you find that perfect match for the role that you're hiring for.
