The funniest part to me is people who claim to be environmentally conscious and then turn around and buy a ceramic knife, something that after a year or less of use will be dull. While a steel knife will last a lifetime even if you use cheap sharpeners

Stainless steel doesn't rust. Try to find a place that will sharpen a ceramic knife. Try dropping a ceramic knife.

Zero useful information here. ZERO! I have and use both steel and ceramic and have for years. YouTube is over-populated with videos purporting to describe the differences between quality steel and ceramic. NONE OF THEM describe anything worth knowing.
