The "Traditional PLC programmer" is 100% accurate. I agree with it 100% From half-baked machine shipping to "12-18 hours a day on-site, " I think one thing that is worth considering here is hardware, sometimes the customer will specify what hardware they want. Rockwell and Siemens take about 95% of the control system I have worked on. When using these controllers I don't believe that there are the features like GIT and the rich testing environments like you mentioned that are accessible. What hardware does Loupe use? From the website, it seems like BR. Does BR have GIT and the testing environments? If it goes I am very interested to follow this up and see if I can implement. Thanks
