Hi. I am a loyal customer of gorenje. I own a laundry washing machine, dishwasher, hood, electric oven, microwave oven and an induction cooktop from gorenje. But i encountered a problem with my cooktop. After about an year since i bought it, it started showing FA error on right side burners rendering them useless . I called the service, they came and fixed it. 2 months later, same error. The service came and xhanged the electronic board. It worked for a few months, then started showing the error code again. They changed once again the electronic board. After some time, the error reappeared but i did not call the service since its out of warranty (2 years have recently passed) and i am left with a half functional product. The service did not know what FA means. I cant find on the internet the meaning of this error. Please help me solve this, as i trust in gorenje quality. Here are some pictures.
