I visited Cap Ferrat on a day trip years ago, when i was staying with a friend in Cannes. It was the height of summer, the traffic on the roads was horrendous. Re: Cap Ferrat, it really did feel upscale, luxurious and exclusive. I've never felt poorer in my life than when I was there! 😆😆😆

Hello Dr, The hike along the trail was most fascinating and the lovely little rocky bay really adds to the majestic interiors and facilities. Was scrolling through Le Cap menu which was fortunately in English online but there are no photos to match the dishes on your video. Does the sequence of the dishes featured on your video follow the dinner menu. The fine gastronomy meant I could not tell what are most of the main course but the appetisers and desserts are very clear.

I was there about 17 years ago. At that time it didn’t belonged to Four Seasons chain. From what I‘ ve seen in video it lost a bit of atmosphere from „old world“ charme and old school warmth. At my time mostly french and very few russian guests were present but also actress Kathy Bates and her crew. Food (classic french) was very delicious in every aspect.

The quality of your work is exceptional as always.
My disappointment is in the hotels /resorts themselves. They are all starting to look a like, they are adopting that "floating chalets in Bali" look, so you can't tell if this Asia, the Mediterranean, Central Europe or North Africa etc.
I'm wondering how it feels for you as the tourist staying in these places.
(I know once you step away from the resort it's a different story but I'm wondering specifically about the hotel stay)

This is definitely a Hotel to go for people who can afford. It ticks all the boxes of elegance, harmony, comfort, relaxation, exercise in swimming pool, food, beautiful surroundings, greenery.
