This tablet does look like the badly done tablet from 2012 or 2013 which is terrible in every way possible. And the worst thing is that they're announcing this tablet in 2019 for $100 which us an absolute insult to the consumer.

Cheap tech doesn't necessarily suck. I'm the fairly happy owner of a Nokia 1. Sure, you can't play games on it. Sure, the camera sucks. But it all really comes to use cases. I, for example, basically only use my phone for instant messaging, calls, podcasts, music and light web browsing and this one is extremely cheap, solid, responsive and even gets updated quite often.

Doesn't look very good. Personally I use a fire hd 10, about £150 I think. Works fine and you can sideload Google play if you want it very easily to get Google apps

There's a BLU Phone with a price closer around this tablet. I'd go with the Blu Vivo X5 over this Vankyo any day.

That, or spend even less and get the Nokia 1. Tiny screen by today's standards, but so much better.

My concern about cheap tech like this would be things like malware and backdoors that undermine your privacy in the software.

I honest this review is, I actually had this in my cart, I certainly won't be buying this. Being a smaller company they probably thought they would get away with with misleading marketing, buying positive reviews

I would probably recommend either the chuwi hi9 pro which can be bought for £115 or if you can stretch your funds a little further go for the xiaomi mi pad 4 the global rom version is now £146 comes with 3G ram and 32G storage which is expandable up to 128G worth a look

A Lenovo Tab 4 10 tablet for about 160 to 180 dollars isnt that bad even though its Android 8.1.
Yes it's a 720p screen but it comes with Dolby Atmos and a 7000amp battery so it lasts quite long.
