The Egyptian public prosecutor has frozen the assets of 14 Islamist leaders. Muslim Brotherhood head Mohammed Badie and his deputy are reportedly among them. Both men are already the subject of arrest warrants, while ousted President Mohammed Morsi remains in custody. It comes as the death toll in clashes between the military and pro-Morsi supporters outside the Presidential Guard headquarters in Cairo last Monday rises to 57.
