Every Element in the DOM has a classList property.
With JavaScript, we can control the different CSS classNames that appear in that list without having to do String manipulations on the className property.

Good afternoon professor.
Why do the functions need to take in the event as a parameter? The event isn't passed into the function when you call it. Is this a feature of the addEventListener method, where the callback function is automatically passed the first argument(event type)?
