I think that they need to change to 10-15 minutes per halftime because 7 minutes is really short. And maybe reduce the field size bcs just a small error could cost you a try. Like, futsal has smaller field than football, 3x3 basketball is played on half court so why shouldnt rugby 7s be played on smaller field?

1.) I like to believe Sevens made its debut four years too late. Imagine games at Twickenham?

2.) Line-outs should be replaced by quick throw-ins. Makes the game faster.
