Selections from 'Chicago' composed by John Kander

Thew Newmarket Citizens Band performed 'Selections from "Chicago"' at its spring concert, All That Jazz. The score includes selections from the musical, "Chicago", composed by John Kander and arranged by Ted Ricketts. The arrangement opens with a trumpet solo and then includes bits of the musical's songs: And All That Jazz, Cell Block Tango, Roxie, and They Both Reached For The Gun.

Ted Ricketts was a music director for high school and college bands as well as music director and producer for Disney World. He currently teaches commercial music arranging in Florida.
