Who is stronger - Madara or Isshiki? In the Naruto anime, Uchiha demonstrated the power of the Otsutsuki but lost to Black Zetsu because he was merely his puppet. In the Boruto anime, one of the strongest Otsutsuki was shown to us - Isshiki, who defeated Naruto and Sasuke twice. However, due to his vessel, he never got to show us his full power. This animation shows that they would both lose, as Kaguya would be revived in Madara, and Isshiki would crumble into dust.

I love how people love to downgrade madara, And giving isshiki powers that he doesnt have. This kids are saying "isshiki will spam chakra rods ezzz" who cares about ur tiny sticks? Madara has regeneration which will make ur chakra rods useless, like some tiny sticks. +Rinnesharingan controls realm, and it can detect chakra rods easily, his speed and agility were same as naruto when he had only 1 rinnegan, with 2 and 1 rinnesharinvan he becomes untouchable. Isshiki cant even counter mugi tsujuyomi. In databook it clearly says that madara's prime version is 3 eyes. Rinnesharingan helps him to use mugi tsukiyomi everytime. The only way to counter it is rinnegan or u need to be edo tensei. Was said in databook. Even if isshiki makes moon small, madara can still use mugi tsukiyomi. U need chakra of all tailed beasts. Isshiki doesnt have it L ratio. Also isshiki cant feel limbo, as because u need senjutsy chakra of so6p. Even if he uses HIS ten tails chakra, it wont give him senjutsu, as because to gain senjutsy of so6p u need to absorb ten tails. Not getting it chajra only. To see limbo u need rinnegan, was stated in databook. Madara shoves Isshiki. Isshiki in his own body (which should be stronger than any vessel he used in Boruto) took years to recover his lower body whereas Madara did it in minutes.


Only the six-way senjutsu was shown to be able to interact with limbo. Isshiki's dojutsu can't work on limbo when he can't even see or feel it.


As for Naruto and Sasuke being at their strongest today, that's a thesis in its own right. It's a thesis in itself. Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to be much stronger than Kaguya. Kaguya, in a surprise attack, was able to incapacitate an Isshiki in her own body on her deathbed. Naruto and Sasuke, if they were really stronger, even as strong as Kaguya, should be able to disable Isshiki on his deathbed too (given that so far, he's had weaker vessels or bodies). Naruto and Sasuke have made several attacks on Jigen and Isshiki, but have been unable to replicate what Kaguya has done. Naruto is willing to sacrifice his life and Kurama's to defeat Isshiki, yet he was unable to do so in his surprise attack on Isshiki. This is clearly the result of Isshiki's inability to do so. All this, added to the fact that Naruto and Sasuke's greatest powers are fractions of Kaguya's power, makes it really doubtful that Naruto and Sasuke are at their strongest now. After 15 years of training their abilities, Sasuke still had to put in some effort to deal with Shin (a mangekyo user) and his clones. I can’t really look at all that and still say they are at their strongest now.
