Seared a whole block of tuna and made nigiri🍣

▪️Ingredients
・Bluefin tuna
・Wasabi
・Sushi rice
・Soy Sauce

魚捌くのは手袋してても、
お寿司を握るのは素手で握っていてこだわりを感じます😊

This man killed me when he soak the fish in ice water then revived me back at the end 😂

Fun fact in Japan in the past [don't remember exactly when] there was a ban on eating raw fish so villagers would only cook the outside and have it looked cooked while the inside stayed nice fresh and raw and then it became popular to eat it in such a way
