It would be great if in the words of Larry Elison it wouldn't be used "to encourage every citizen on their best behavior " due to being monitored 24/7. Also, according to Trump it will enable 💯 track and trace of every citizen. Otherwise, it would be an understatement to say that's a hell of a lot of wasted money, considering that the China startup allegedly only needed 2 months of learning with less than top tier GPU's, and only $6 million..
