AWS 2FA/MFA Failure to Login Troubleshooting has Zero Options

Amazon Web Services Fails to have a method to login to your admin panel if you've had any problems with your 2 Factor Authentication/Multi-factor Authentication. It throws you in a loop that you can't get out of.

Amazon does everything it can to prevent you from reaching them so they can continue to bill you and boost their stock's bottom line.

I have created new aws account, for 2 days aws working fine after that while learning aws i directly close browser and then trying to login again but it showing this error : An AWS account with that sign-in information does not exist. Try again or create a new account.

I faced this annoying issue earlier this morning during some training. After getting accessing the account. I removed the MFA its just for testing. AWS, really need to give their clients more option for MFA.

AWS and Amazon generally are the gatekeepers of our new dystopian nightmare. My 2FA authentication worked fine until just this last week. I too am trapped in their 2FA hell scape. I then got the bloody notarized form done, and tried to send that with my ID as a reply to the service request. Amazon's "genius" AI then rejected my email based on my SBRS score not being high enough (no, my email domain is not blacklisted), . I then tried to respond using a different account, and they wouldn't accept my submission b/c it didn't come from my account email. Finally, I tried stripping out everything in my reply except the subject and the documents, and that *appears* to have gone through. Waiting for the next shoe to drop.

My AWS account is linked to my Amazon account, so now there are features under login and security I cannot change on that - not without MFA. To make matters worse, even though I had long ago updated my phone number with Amazon, AWS is mysteriously using my old phone number which I no long have access to, That eliminated yet another avenue where I could have done a fix/reset.

Really weird that my Amazon account has no issues with my email address but my linked AWS account does? I mean, WTF?

I got the same problem. I reset my password and then I was able to use my new password to login and break the loop and use alternate method.
After that I was able yo login and create a new MFA

You can do a re-syn and enter 2 consecuitve keys from your MFA applciation. For me it worked and my issue got resolved.

Guys alternative way of login now works..
1. Use different browser
2. Email & registration mobile verification is done
3. Then, you can login
