Sir ji kindly reply
An electrician reached his working place at 8:30 am for 9 am to 5 pm shift. There he met an accident and lost his life as a result thereof. The department is not ready to acknowledge his widow's claim for compensation on the plea that accident did not take place within the duty hours. Kindly comment in the light of employees compensation act 1923.
