You keep saying “Creative” but generative AI is anything but creative.

for creatives, generative text to vector is literally industry changing. It will literally change the time it takes to produce work for clients in an impressive way. As a graphic designer, it is so amazing to see what adobe has come up with.

They talk about create it so much faster but now the creative is the machine. So, ¿it is yours? Maybe you are not longer the artist anymore but the technician who moves the mouse.

They are moving away from creatives and focusing on businesses and web builders and marketers are the people they want to use their tools. Designers and creatives have just been stabbed in the back.

Uncertain future ahead for commercial artists like myself.

3 billion images and counting -> Internet will drown in AI generated spam.

Was hoping to hear an official word on XD being sunset and what the transition to/integration of Figma will look like. Such a stark difference to when I attended MAX in person for the first time in 2018 and XD was all the rage... to it not even being included in the Apps listed on the main screen today.

Great, can you now compensate the artists for the datasets?

19:16 if you have to ask people to clap, you know that gen ai is not being as well received by your target market as you keep insisting it is.

Honestly some of the most impactful updates to Adobe products since I started working with them 15 years ago. Even still, it's hard to follow presentations like this without a cursor "click indicator" that shows helps direct a viewer's eye to where both where the cursor is and also tells us when a button is clicked! Maybe next year's MAX? :)

It's usually the Sneaks that we associate with exciting new concepts that might be years away from a full release version of your favourite Adobe app, but it was the opening keynote that stole the show this year with several, incredibly exciting, features that we could use right now. I almost never use Illustrator, but with no more information than seeing 'Retype' demonstrated in the keynote, I was able to fire up Illustrator beta, and had a screen shot of an obscure font identified in less than a second, and a few seconds later, the screen shot had become editable Live Text. As impressed as I've been with Firefly, Generative Fill etc. Retype takes the whole image based Ai thing to another level.

I am in New Zealand and have followed MAX online this year, and it has left me totally fired up with Adobe Express having the biggest impact on me. I didn't use Spark, but seeing a layered Photoshop file dragged into Adobe Express, and how easily and quickly those layers were animated has me wanting to do the same with my projects. This is one hell of a time to be a content creator.

Applause for AI functions... But 999 face punches for making gradients editable after 35 years :)

Love the clear stance of Adobe assuring us that the AI images are safe to use without infringing on others rights.

It will be interesting to see how Illustrator generative AI is going to generate some unique logos, that will be a game changer for sure

The first 45 mins were increeedibly repetitive.

People getting hyped for premiere pro features that already exists in Resolve is just hysterical.

Us creatives and designers by using this, are forced to agree to their terms and conditions which say that Adobe can use our content to improve their models and software: clearly this means by using this cloud services we are killing ourselves, like this we make ourselves replaceable for non creatives to just press a button and create something similar based on our content.
