Something I've learned when downloading software: always choose the "custom installation" instead of express. It allows you to unselect any unnecessary advertisements or "trial software" tied to whatever you are actually trying to download.

usually, Windows 10 basic drivers should be sufficient to get you up and running...when I build a rig (Windows anyhow, since I build Linux rigs too) Windows updates are first, next latest drivers (GPU, Chipset, mobo LAN, mobo sound etc). Once the foundation is done, I usually make an image, just in case you need to redo you your clean install later or a refresh. Last step add your games and software.

just ordered all the parts for my first pc build ever. I'm an Information Systems student so I know what all these parts do down to the machine language but when it comes to the drivers I got slightly overwhelmed for a sec but it also made me really excited. It's a budget build so I don't have an RTX 2060, Ive got a good GTX 1050 super oc and my cpu is a Ryzen 5 2600. I'll come back when everything is up and running guys!!

Running RGB software can use a bit of CPU usage, so just check in the task manager after to see if its really worth it. For me it's performance over aesthetics, but no everyone is like that
