Sounds to me the company is trying to build up the bank account. Couple billion in the whole? No problem, stop running for a week or two, don’t have to pay employees during that time, boom a couple billion in the bank.

Believe me it has something to do with the investments going on in Indiana. They have to cover their expenses, as for they have to excuse their employees to cover their cost. Sounds like we need more oversight in Indiana
