I think letting him auto pop ability doesn't accurately represent the strength of the giant gauntlet. At the current level of giant glove the ability lasts for 16 seconds. Which is more than enough time for him to go through the compartment if you pop the ability when he kills the archer tower. This will apply the 50% damage reduction buff while he is at near max HP and allow him to go much further through that compartment.

you have to use the gauntlet earlier, the bk dies before the ability is fully used

Giant Gauntlet + Vampstache + Unicorn. King can coast outside and will never die.
Giant Gauntlet + Earthquake Boots + Frostie. Good for smash attacks, hero dives and opening compartments
Giant Gauntlet + Barb Puppet + Phoenix. Good for general attack or Air attack mainly for being a meat shield for the queen

This is a very good analysis. hence, can you do another one with manual ability at half hp. i think letting it go on auto ability doesnt maximize the potential of the items.

It's also good to keep in mind how well each equipment synergizes with different armies; it's not a bad thing, but these tests only take the king alone into account

It's much better to use your Kings ability before he gets too low, or you waste it. What's the point of using the Giant glove, if you are dead 2 sec later? Using it and rage at above 50%, will give you the full benefit of the ability. Your test is obviously going to favor the rage, because it heals the king. Do this same test, but use the abilities at like 70% or high enough to allow the ability to last before the king dies.

one of the disadvantages of using Giant Gauntlet is failing to clear buildings due to 2 tiles gap concept base building

Thanks for the insights, for me I figured the rage plus gauntlet works best since in certain scenarios the splash damage of the gauntlet combined with rage is just insane

I found the average percentage analysis very interesting, but I would have liked the tests to be in more realistic scenarios, i.e. not letting the king go to auto-ability every time. I feel like this could have been a lot more accurate if the ability was popped at something like half health left for every test. Cool video!

Giant gauntlet/Rage vile, is the best combo. Especially when the defenses are spread out a bit more, then the speed that he can get to them, makes a huge difference.

Better to pop the around 40% than waiting for auto-ability. You will not get full potential of the gauntlet if your hp is low. 🙃

Using the king to funnel or in the middle of a smash attack gets you better results. That's how I use him anyway. I rarely use him to single handedly take out a compartment. You get a lot more value using him in other ways.

I'm currently using the giant gauntlet (14) and vampstache (12).

My own tip is Use gauntlet and vampstache when using the king for funnel and taking buildings outside and use rage and gauntlet when using the king to charge inside

Great video but there is few things I want to point out ...
1) in the examples you are only deploying the King, so all the defence, king is in range of are shooting at the king, which is not realistic representation of attack. So in normal attacks king will survival longer hence vamp equipment is under represented here.
2) in the outside of the base examples, if your using your King with your queen in a air attack for example, you want king to be not push forward and clear things on his own, u want king stay with the queen while she clear things over the wall. So Barbarian puppet and rage vial is not optimal.

I think your average chart is flawed. Because the time is so much higher on the king “walk” test it is artificially weighted too high. I recommend assigning a place to each test where first gets 1 point and 5th gets 5 then total points and see what gets the least points.

Doing it this way results in rage vial 1, vampstache 2, giant gauntlet 3, barb puppet 4 and earthquake boots 5.
However I agree it is a small difference and they seem balanced
