Stu you look great!!! Thanks for all the content I took my real estate test today in PA and….. I passed the national portion but failed the state portion because I lacked on it while studying. I failed by two points got a 28, instead of 30 to pass out of 45, and I’ve been down all day… until NOW! I’m back online and going over more state content then ever before and I’m going to become a beast! I already rescheduled my test for this Saturday and I’m to pass this second time. Thank you for all your help over this last couple months. Your videos have truly been critical to my foundation. I couldn’t be any more grateful for your and other lectures presence on YouTube. I can’t wait to let you know how I do on this retake of the state.

To answer the video in the question, what deed is the dom/serv easement runs with? I want to answer, it runs with on the dominants deed and doesn’t have to appear on the servient tenements deed to be true. I’ll come back to read the comments and see what everyone else says.
