Most of us use Insiders to get in, test the new content, mechanics, features, etc and while doing so check for balance, performance, and bugs for that 1 hour or so. Most of us have 9 to 5 jobs and don't have time to grind in Insiders as well as SoT; I'm not here to play SoT twice...

It's one thing to say "we're listening" and its another to actually prove it. A shaky few years of the same issues that we've been asking them to fix does not feel like being 'listend to'.

about the VAC on steam, no you dont lose your games, just cant play games that has vac as a anti cheat system for example, CS, TF2 DOTA and others, and block you from trade items, you do not lose any games, cuz this could be a massive lawsuit for valve,
And since VAC isnt hardware ban you can easily create another account and do it all over again...

The Merchant crate bug is so old and well known. There is a "fix" per say when it happens. Buy cptncy supplies.. for some reason the moment you buy a single cptncy supply stock you can grab the crates. Or I can when I get locked out.

See, I don’t think the grapple gun should be a tool simply because of the fact you can yoink people with it. The fact you can use it to actively mess with other people, even easily set up instakills that your average player has no answer to, means it’s right where it belongs

I havent played or watched anything sea of thieves related for almost a year and havent activly played since short after jack sparrow, but getting back to these kinds of videos is very nice

Grapple gun should work more like the gunner's zipline in Deep Rock Galactic, where you're putting down a rope that anyone can use.

I've been using the grapple regularly myself, it's great for moving loot to the deck of your ship quickly, or for pulling crates from a lost shipment shipwrecks

Adding more length to the grapplegun is dope af, i think either the gg should be a tool (but maybe that would be to OP) or be just infinite ammo as a weapon being a little more balanced cause u lose a weapon that can actually do damage.

5:20 you said eye of the storm. While I get what you meant, ironically the eye of the storm is actually the calmest, quietest part of a storm. Trust me. We were in the eye of a hurricane in Florida. I actually like the way things are going now, not only will the insider encourage players to actually test features before the new season so its not BROKEN and fuks the game just so those people who have insider just for the cosmetic now cant complain when a feature doesnt work cuz they never actually tested it. But them taking time with their features now should help the games health and survivability <3

I love the test server change. I have been championing that cause for awhile now and I would like to feel they listened to me but I'm sure others were calling for it too. People don't test, they just sit inn the lobby and gather their cosmetics then go back to the live server. As for Steam I noticed that possibility of losing MY games a few years back. It wouldn't take much for a hacker to spoof you and poof there go all YOUR games. Never mind the time lost but the amount of money spent. For me its thousands of dollars. So I have taken a step back from steam at the moment and started peeling MY games away from them and making them no longer dependent on Steam. Of course I will no detail how I do this because it requires some in depth knowledge that could easily break things if you don't know what you are doing. Just know that it is possible. I will be switching over to GoG. Steam has way too much power and no oversight.

Honestly I put so little faith on their words by now that the most exciting thing I learned in this video is that Falcore can sing.
