Add Custom Domain to Traffic Manager

I see that your A, TXT, and CNAME records all point to the webapp and not the traffic manager URL. Also, from the documentation provided, you can only add CNAME records to the traffic manager. Is there a work around this? How can we point the custom domain to traffic manager only?

Hi karthik, how did you get the Traffic manager end point urls listed in the Custom domains hostname assigned to site ? I can't get it.
