I currently serve in the Army and my job title is Unit Supply Specialist, specializing in logistics. It’s not a hard job and I thought about getting my degree in it.

Currently a 92A in the Army (Automatic Logistics Specialist )…. I wasn’t expecting to like my job so much but I do. And I want to learn more so I can be great at my job. I have my BA in Art Therapy/ Psychology, MA Human Resource Management and Org Development and I am now registered for a grad certification in supply chain management and certified Logistics associate certification as well .

Thank you for these videos. I haven’t made up my mind yet but I’m thinking about going to school for SCM. I’m 34 years old and never went to college so the idea of getting my degree now scares me a little. I’m a retail supervisor now so not sure if supply chain would be too hard for me. Thank you for the info!

Great video. I love this field started in international transportation many years ago. I’ve had the pleasure of working in shipping, freight forwarding, distribution and procurement. Anyone reading these comments, I encourage you to check into supply chain and/or tech.

Thank you very much. I've been in various roles for 15+ years, and graduated in Engineering Tech, but either floundered or unfulfilled. Supply chain looks to be a great mix for those who enjoy many things.

And as one who got bit by the SCM bug when getting my MBA, I would absolutely agree.

And it combines well with other disciplines, especially finance and strategy.

It would be great if more companies had reverse logistics programs to handle the planned obsolescence of goods.

Definitely not for the non-thinking.
