To help you Stretch for Golf, we created a brand new series called 'Back to Basics.' The series is based on feedback for some less advanced stretches to help your golf game.  

The Golf Yogi, Mark Williamson, made this Stretch for Golf video to introduce a few easy stretches and exercises that will help gain back some of that mobility in your golf swing.

Good deal for I'm finding myself too tence lately. Also the reminder not to round the shoulders is something I forgot.

I like these but my shoulders do make cracking sounds/noise when I do them. It's not painful, for the most part, but does make noise, and I do have very limited range. Two shoulders surgeries with medical concerns are probably the culprit.
