I'm not sure we should be spending so much time explaining the 250G rules, pointing out, "getting a Remote Pilot Certificate" allows you to fly a brick if you have one of those. PS the Litchi SIM is very good, just wish I could fly the Mini2 with it.

Appreciate the clarification, but with all the other issues associated with this sub 250G drone. The least of anyone's worries is how much it ways. How about the fact that it keeps disconnecting, does not flay at the stated speeds it's supposed to, and some of the functionality just doesn't work. QC Guy and Marcus from Idaho Quadcopter have both done a great review of all the current bugs this quad continues to encounter. Before I can invest my hard earned I've got to know the quad performs to

Lets say if here in uk if your speedo on the car is allowed to be up to 10 percent out ie on motorway 70 mph speed limit but allowed to show 77 mph ish
Could this happen for 250 gram drones with a discrepency in scales
As everyone does not have precise scales lots could be breaking law been slightly over 250 gm
This is fine till sumething goes wrong
Then you could be in trouble
Only a minor prob but worth noting

Police in the USA (not sure about other countries) allow a speedometer error of + or - 5mph usually...most of the time even more than that. See where Im going with this?

Please ADD that drones registered under the Exception for Recreational Flyers (less than 250 gms)
cannot be flown for Part 107 operations. Anyone using their drone in a Youtube video and gets/is monetized
