Counter Pressure Casting (CPC) ist eine Weiterentwicklung des herkömmlichen Niederdruckgusses. Durch das neu entwickelte Verfahren lassen sich die Befüllung der Gießform und die Erstarrung des Materials unter Druck verwirklichen, da die Drücke in Ofen und Kokille unabhängig voneinander regelbar sind. In Verbindung mit einer hohen Abkühlrate erreichen wir so exzellente mechanische Kennwerte.

Die KSM Castings Group ist der weltweit größte Hersteller von Fahrwerksteilen im Counter Pressure Casting Verfahren (CPC). Wir fertigen im Gegendruck-Kokillenguss kompakte Bauteile, die sehr hohen statischen und dynamischen Belastungen ausgesetzt sind.

Wir produzieren auf vier Gießlinien mit insgesamt zwölf Maschinen Radträger und Schwenklager.

Counter Pressure Casting (CPC) is a further development of conventional low-pressure permanent mold casting. By this newly developed method, the filling of the mold and the solidification of the material can be realized under pressure because the pressures are independently adjustable in the furnace and the mold. In conjunction with a high cooling rate, we achieve excellent mechanical characteristics.

The KSM Castings Group is the world's largest manufacturer of suspension parts in the Counter Pressure Casting Process (CPC). We manufacture Counter Pressure Casting components that are exposed to very high static and dynamic loads.

The KSM Casting Group manufactures wheel carriers and steering knuckles on 4 lines with a total of twelve machines.
