You should look into the u visa just to start the pathway to citizenship look into it since you were a victim of DV with your baby dad also maybe look into VAWA

Daca recipient here! I’ve traveled with advance parole twice once in 2016 and last year 2023, both times I didn’t have trouble returning to the US just coming in LAX since it’s a busier airport I took longer to go through immigration, I was in Mexico for 3 weeks super easy and it’s very beneficial when you’re trying to get your citizenship! Wishing you the best and hope you get this opportunity to go visit family ❤

Girl, a family member went through that program and they helped her out she got her green card and is qualified to apply for her full legal status after 5 years of holding her green card. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey. 🖤

I applied for AP last year :) got a doctors letter for my grandma and went. Came back and they gave me a valid/legal entry which I was able to use to apply for a green card (married to a U.S. citizen). That got approved in less than 6 months. I did it all myself without a lawyer - if you want me to give you the Facebook groups that helped me, let me know!

Everyone with Daca!!! It’s urgent for you to do advance parole !!! It will be the best thing for you to have the legal re-entry if you ever apply for a green card! It’s safe for the most part !!!!
