Thanks lad. I personally like to curate my own retro library but if you're in a hurry then this works for the uninitiated in retro gaming for sure. I'd hook the drive up to a Google TV dongle or better yet, the Nvidia Shield TV Pro and run the whole shooting match from an Android set top box. 4k happiness. There ya go.

Have you seen, or tried the Kinhank 2TB HDD system? Comes with 2 controllers, if you'd like, there's a bivy of options to choose from... Interesting. Not for me, but I would like to find a vertical build for my Legends Pinball which can take advantage of the fact I have a PC hooked up. The WOPR build is great but since it's just focused on the older games having some newer games would be a great addition.

Update from JMachen, the company behind the Hyper Base RB2 drive reviewed above. They sent me the following statement:

"Regarding the problem of duplicate games you mentioned, we have also discovered this problem and are making new hard drives for rectification. We will delete all duplicate versions of the game. Regarding the old hard drives, we will provide customers with free Game download resource link, this is free for life."

I asked what the customer would need to do to receive updates, here's what they said:

The following is the method of customer download. All customer service customers who place an order will provide them with an account password: (The game download resources are still being updated)
2) Open it and Create a new site.
3) Set the host to www.jmachen.net
4) User name: XXX Password: XXX (please consult online customer service for specific password)
*NOTE: Don't forget to change the encryption to "Plain FTP only (insecure)".
