Well built .I built one in 1983 Its good for 20AMPS CONTINOUS .I used 4 2n3055 .Metal case Tansistors driven by another 2n3055 ..The voktage regulator is an NTE 5 amp 13.8 v regulator ..I have a 2 ohm 100 watt resistor on the output of the regulator .+ A 5 amp resetable breaker in series .Dont have the volt meter like you have .i have been looking for one with a 50 amp shunt ..I also have an 18v unregukated output with a 30 amp auto reset breaker .In case you have to charge a car battery
