Weighing in at just over 30 lbs, the Vado SL electric bike is lighter than many comparable non-electric bikes in its class. The Vado SL is built on the Specialized SL mid drive motor, an in-frame performance battery, with optional range extender batteries, console displays and the subscription-free Mission Control smartphone app. Available fully equipped with lights and fenders.

I have the Turbo Vado SL and the battery assistance does not cut off til 28 mph !

That bike had more.range then any other pedal assist I ever rode. And I'm 300 pounds

This guy doesn't know his own bike. This is a class 3 ebike and will assist up to 28 mph

The battery only takes 3 hours for a full charge from completely dead !

Much as I hate a slick sales guy, he is terrible! I'm interested in the bike but he just planted more seeds of doubt than convinced me it was the one. Cagey, evasive, distracting, uncertain. E.g. If someone asks you the range, just tell them, tell them with a relateable anecdote, and make it true!
- So whats the range?
- i'm a big guy and i did a 60 mile round trip last weekend, no problem.

- It feels light.
- Sure is. Weighs in under X kilos. Lightest ebike on the floor.
