I'm a coder (still in school), and been wanting to get into algo trading, but at the time I stopped cause everyone was like "yeah you need to trade manually, and then code the things you do, understand economy, this and that." So much things that I figured I just didn't have the time to learn all that on top of everything else I was already doing. Was that a smokescreen?
