LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS TORNADO
On March 31 a Tornado Emergency was issued for Little Rock Arkansas
as an EF3 tornado was tearing through town at 50 mph. In its 34 mile long wake, At least 2,700 structures, houses, apartments, businesses and churches would be damaged or destroyed. With peak wind speeds estimated at 165 mph this long tracking tornado would cause 54 injuries and miraculously only 1 fatality was reported. However, this tornado outbreak was just beginning and another intense storm
was racing directly toward the town Wynne Arkansas.

WYNNE ARKANSAS TORNADO
Southeast of Wynne I observed a thin tornado with a high debris cloud for about 3 minutes before it appeared to dissipate. Then, I believe a second much larger tornado developed further north. Radar velocity appears to validate that these were indeed two separate tornadoes but I'm not 100% positive. The much larger tornado was heading directly toward the town center as I documented it while driving north on Highway 1.

This Tornado (currently rated at least EF3) would carved a path through Wynne (Cross County) around 445 pm CDT. Structures were obliterated, and at least four fatalities resulted. Farther downstream, the same tornado wreaked havoc (i.e. homes damaged or destroyed and trees uprooted or snapped) just west of Parkin (Cross County) and north of Earle (Crittenden County). South of Turrell (Crittenden County), The tornado eventually crossed the Mississippi River and dissipated near Burlison, TN after a 73 mile trek.

Howdy Everyone! Wanted to let you guys know the receptionist was a really nice person. Some stranger pointing a camera at you while questioning you can be invasive and uncomfortable and that's probably why she didn't seem as warm as she was earlier. Also, she was only relying the info that was passed down to her for the 50th time. So let's cut her some slack. Have a safe storm season.

Remember watching the tornado outbreak as it unfolded. I remember seeing over 10 tornado warnings at a time. Insane tornado outbreak!

Top notch chaser/narrator. No screaming or overly dramatic presentation, just calm, clear explanation and steady footage.

The hardest part is always when the chase ends and the life-saving begins. There is a human component to this. Thanks for the consistently outstanding content Hank.

Hey, Hank, I'm from here in Arkansas. I have Lilapsophobia (phobia of tornadoes) that I thought had gone away, but when those tornadoes struck us on Friday, it felt as if my world collapsed in on me. The sirens were blaring, I was in a car, got stranded from my house, and hid in my friend's storm shelter, uncontrollably crying my eyes out. I was a mess and couldn't contain myself at all. The tornado went in my neighborhood. Since then I've been trying to do some exposure therapy for myself to conquer this fear since I cannot be like that in another crisis situation and expect myself to survive. Your channel has been a fantastic help, calmly educating me about tornadoes while showing videos of them, it's genuinely helped me be significantly less terrified. I'm still not over it, but I'm on the road to healing. Thank you so much, truly. ❤️

That shot of lightning through the hotel window was absolutely wild. I’ve been watching your channel for years now and what you manage to capture never ceases to impress me. It’s not just the amazing photography, your style of documentary storytelling brings depth and feeling to these surreal visuals. Thank you for continuing to share these frighteningly amazing storms with us. And as always, happy trails!

As another person said, Hank is one of YouTube's finest. A real gentleman, with concern for everyone he encounters.
Grateful he's out there doing this.

I live right outside of Little Rock my parents were at Baptist Health Hospital and it scared me so badly. It’s crazy the devastation it caused. I’m currently volunteering to help with cleanup and rebuilding. Thank you for spreading information and for doing what you do.

I'm from Arkansas, and the number of my family and friends that were affected by these tornadoes is astonishing. My great great aunt had her roof collapse on top of her, but she was able to climb out. Remember y'all, even if your town doesn't get tornadoes often, watch the radar, turn on the news, and have a plan in place. It might just save your life.

I'm a simple man. I see Pecos Hank uploaded a new video, I watch it and like it.

On a serious note, great work on this footage. You're my favorite storm chaser on YT obviously because of the quality of your work, but also because you always help animals out of the road and help people in need.

Saw another chaser's footage go up the other day, and found myself sorely wanting for all your info on scale, impact, and satellite warnings! Beautifully put together as always, and my heart goes out to the communities. Glad you made it out safely.

Thanks for being there Hank and doing what you do... No one better at breaking it all down and putting us in the passenger's seat.

If there’s one thing I always appreciate from you is that you ALWAYS elaborate on what’s actually safe and what isn’t. No sugar coating anything. Just the truth. Thank you for that!

I just want to say Thank You Hank. You were the first chaser I watched whenever I went down the severe weather rabbit hole. My grandmother lives on the street that saw the heaviest damage from the Little Rock tornado and because of my passion for tornadoes I was able to call her before it dropped based off of recognizing the ZDR arc on radar showing that the supercell was intensifying. I was on the phone with her when the rumbling train sound was passing her house 1-2 blocks away from her followed by a train of cop cars driving past sirens blaring. Your videos are what made me as passionate for weather as I currently am and I am grateful that I've learned over these past few years helped me be the calming voice in my grandmothers time of need. Thank you again Hank, you are a legend!

One thing I've always loved about your content is that you don't just chase after the storms, you stop and help when you drive through an area that's been hit.

This outbreak was absolutely wild. Glad to see you on the scene doing what you do best.
Ryan hall had 13 tornado warned for several hours at at least 3 tornado emergencies and multiple PDS warnings all the same time.

2:23 What a beast!

As many others have stated, you're my favorite storm chaser. You're just a cool, original dude that showcases amazing tornadoes all while adding your unique touch to your presentation. Your videos are always well informed and respectful, and we appreciate the time and dedication you put into them.

Hey Pecos Hank! Haven’t seen you in quite awhile! My husband and I watched all of your Tornado videos from 2009 on up to current. We really enjoyed binge watching them. One of my favorites is the one with your lizards. Prayers to all the people hurt and their families.
