The dynamic between Naruto and Sasuke was one of the driving forces behind the plot of the series. Naruto and Sasuke are two very similar characters with similar positions, yet different personalities and background. Naruto was a dope, wasn’t all that intelligent, wasn’t all that strong, going so far as to struggle to even make a single shadow clone until he stole the scroll at the start of the series. Sasuke on the other hand was a prodigy hell-bent on vengeance from a wrong-doing he suffered as a child at the hands of his elder brother. While the two were similar, their paths in life were completely different. And I can’t help but wonder what Naruto wondered. What of their positions had been switched?

The problem with this scenario is that I don’t see any way for sasuke to achieve the KCM at all. The way Naruto got it was through the help of killer bee and kushina making Naruto realize that he has to accept himself which sasuke clearly wants to reject. Sasuke wouldn’t be able to do this on his own especially without the determination that Naruto had. On the flip side, Naruto would’ve been stronger than sasuke by a lot at the end and with his EMS and sasuke not having the cooperation of the other tailed beasts which Naruto had in canon. The final battle would’ve been such a one sided fight. So yea I feel it wouldn’t have happened this way at all

I think Pain might have given Nartuto his eyes upon death. Hell, I think it should have happened in the main series.

You don't morally flip and cheer for someone before death without giving them the best chance of them succeeding.

I think this has already been answered in the series. He’d basically be Obito.

Same goes for “what if Naruto was evil.” Again, very much implied that Obito is essentially a Naruto-like character that went bad.

Actually… I don’t think Nagato dies after rinne rebirth because he never used shinra tensei to destroy the whole village.
So now obito has to remove the rinnegon from Nagato. Creating a fight in either the rain village where I believe Nagato would lose since he’s still pretty weak and depending on how soon obito strikes, Nagato may not have replaced his destroyed paths.
OR
Nagato is in the leaf village and Obito has a *much* harder battle against the whole leaf village.
The story would drastically change after that battle regardless of the outcome.

I enjoyed the video. Albeit the beginning felt like someone forgot to flip their characters for a moment but it pulled up in a good way. 8/10. Kind of wished the families were also swapped. Just so the hokage wasn't the same etc etc.
