I did this house last night and tonight. Took down the wall in the laundry roomand turned it into a bedroom, split the bathroom into 2 bathrooms, and added a new laundry room in the back of the house.

The ground gets cleaner because the soap cleans itself and when the soap touches the floor it cleans it.

2:10 The soup gets dirty, as the larger matterials that it doesn't dissolve will get stuck onto it until you dissolve the outter layer of the soap with water and it washes down from it. :3
The ground would partially get clean, but you have to rub it to get it cleaned better.

The profit you make on houses needs to be ALOT more fair then they have it now.

The way that soap works, it needs to combine with water to be able to kill germs, so if the soap falls on the ground and it's wet the section of floor the soap is on will get clean and the soap will get dirty, but then the soap will get clean after around 20 seconds (the time it takes for soap to kill germs).

for the bathroom, i wouldve painted the walls light blue but keep everything else you did with the walls and floor

Press E when you are selecting a paint right before you purchase it, there IS a n extensive colour picker. took me a bit to see the UI for it, too so I do not blame you for missing that tiny little tab on the side of the shop screen.

You can change which side you can have the door open by going to the sell gun and changing it too what you want it too be, and one of the selection is changing the style of the door, too which you could change which side of the door opens as repeated.

dropped on the ground, soap gets dirty. Consider that dirt is always dirt, regardless of bacteria involved, and there is more dirt underneath the top layer of dirt. Also consider that soap's main job (when combined with water) is to attract and stick to dirt, allowing you to rinse it off. So then the soap is attracting the dirt particles while leaving more dirt behind. The dirt isnt being cleaned, because its still just dirt, and the soap is getting dirty

How are you getting all these houses available? The game hasn't made this part very clear. So far I'm just doing cleaning / unpacking jobs from the laptop...But I don't see any properties like this that I can "flip". I think whatever this mode is which appears to be more free-roam is much more interesting. The laptop jobs are fun but like it tells you what you need to buy + sell which isn't exciting. Also how is the final home value determined?
