You want to find Volt? Why not the final evolution. You can find the final evo at the very North portion of Frozen Tundra, passed the wide frozen bridge, all the way to the top. Theres like a grass patch on the left and right side. Walk around in the grass patch on the right side for few minutes, and you will find final evo of volt.

Oh and volt (like most nexomons in drake islands) is a mega rare and in my opinion one of the hardest to find took me 2 hours of searching to get him but it is deffinately worth it

Voltsy there is a lab to the right of the place where you make cores and the guy in there has a quest with a special reward
