Hmm, I always thought Bomb was made first (because I came up with Bomb entirely by myself) but it appears you are right.
However besides looks, Bomby and Bomb are completely different characters. Bomby doesn't talk and just screams when lit, and Bomb has a speech impediment and backstabs his friends. See? Different.
