I no longer care. I know Jerry will continue to replace with a puppet coach. So things won't change, it's false hope to really think a new coach will change things. Jerry finally ruined the team to a point that there are too many holes, weaknesses, etc

I’ve seen several takes of this recently, but I don’t recall him saying anything other than measuring a team by their record. Not by score. Not by any given game. The 2000 Ravens did not score a TD for 5 straight games, and went from 5-4 to 12-4.

Ok when this list came out the only injuries was Sam Williams and Diggs. Then season starts múltiple injurias on defense. Then your GM does nothing to improve player personel in the offseason and season. Plus Jerry didnt renew Mike's contract which means he was gone before the season started. The team has 2 offensive line starters that are rookies and combined they are not that good. Then you have Steele and he is aweful. And then there is Jerry bringing Zeke back. The losses are mostly because of Jerry and the injuries.
I am glad for you Mike to get out of this Jerry Jones diseased environment and team. Aslong as he is in charge this team are losers. 30yrs of proof right! 12-5, 12-5, and 12-5 and Jerry didnt do anything in those 3 seasons to add just a few more players to get them over the hurdle. Dallas media is too scared to put it in Jerry's face he is the issue along qith Stephen and their working of player personel..

I don't understand why anyone thinks McCarthys tenure has been a failure? The Cowboys are in prime time & everybody is talking about them. Stadium is full & people still taking tours of the stadium.. they're succeeding at doing everything they are built to do.

Ceedee is likely the only big contract they have given out in years that will actually be earned. Dak didn’t live up to his last contract; odds are even lower he’ll live up to this one.

As an Eagles fan, it’s hard to understand why Dallas fans keep giving Jerry Jones money by going to stadium and spending money. Boycott Jerry. Sheesh

Believe it or not, McCarthy will be your best option next year. What coach with skins on the wall would be crazy enough to take over this unsolvable mess. They destroyed the cap again for the next 4 years. With restructures even longer. Their superstars are ok at best. The QB is on his way to being an invalide. The next coach will be one of the buddies again. No hope for improvement.

The answer is he was never the guy. He has no idea what he is doing on field and in the locker room he has no motivating factors. We are talking about the same guy who makes things up that no one relates to and says “that is what we call it” like his whole Monkeybutt thing. No one in that locker room cares for him or his weird motivations. Once Dan Quinn was gone it was a wrap! Every player was fighting for that guy! A players coach!!!!
