Dobar Pach | Local Plant-Based Dish

Показать описание
🔴You can watch the full video at the link below:
Dobar Pach is a traditional stew from Ramsar that has been forgotten for years. This nutritious and delicious dish is entirely plant-based and is typically served with Rice, Fried Egg, and Daikon , which I believe is a heavenly combination.
"Dobar Pach" means "cooked twice," and if you pay attention to the cooking process, you'll notice that the herbs are first cooked separately and then mashed. They are then mixed with ground walnuts and cooked again.
The blend of nutritious herbs like Spinach and Nettle, combined with Walnuts and Pomegranate Paste, creates a unique and delicious flavor you’ve probably never tasted before.
🔴Ingredients for 5 people:
500g Walnuts
200g Spinach
200g Nettle
100g Parsley
1 Medium Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 ½ Tablespoons Pomegranate Paste
1 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
Salt, pepper, turmeric to taste
