Exactly, , my son found out the hard way. The company he was working for were always looking for faults, assigning staff to keep an eye on each other. Loved his job, improved working conditions, but in the end, he handed in his notice.. his boss went white ! Now the boss is now down on floor catching up.. there is no room for Micro managing.
