QUESTION: I don't see that I've received "the email" from Amazon (from a search in my gmail I don't see it, anyway). I'm over the $10k/month threshold, but inclined to wait until I get the email or Amazon makes it clear they're enforcing the requirement on me. My question is, does it seem at this point that Amazon is enforcing some sellers to actually go get insurance, but not others? And did those sellers only get an email (easy to miss), or does something pop up in account health in seller central, or somewhere else?

What happens if I cancel my amazon insurance? Will the insurance agency notify amazon? Will my account be suspended? Does amazon annual verification to make sure people renew or still have valid insurance? Anyone with experience in this?

Amazon from Morocco can you tell me 1) what is the solution
to have this new amazon insurance of 1, 000, 000 usd without
presence in the USA - 2) I have created an llc with EIN + insurance but Amazon does not
not allow me to use llc name and only offer to pose
my name because it is single member llc, so "legal entity" will be my
name and the insurance show the LLC name how to solve this problem
without having to change to c corp and pay tons of taxes + an
accountant in the usa and a second time in Morocco?

LOL, so according to this insurance lady, a homeless person can just buy a pen, start stabbing him/herself with it, then can sue the crap out of manufacture and become a billionaire. What you don't understand is, if you loose the lawsuit, the defendant can ask judge to make you pay for all the court and attorney cost for filing this BS lawsuit, that's if you can find a attorney whos stupid enough to take your case first.
