Removal and Installation of Lexus CT200 Navigation Monitor Display, Year 2011 to 2015 for repair.

I had my phone stuck under the monitor and managed to free it following this video. If anyone needs this in the future, note that there are only 3 small screws under that front panel that needs removing. This is enough to lift out that panel that keeps your phone or card captive under the monitor. Thanks a million!

Having issues with my lexus ct200h. The pop up screen won’t open, nor will the headunit power on at all so there is no audio whatsoever. I’ve checked fuses and nothing is blown. I can get the pop up screen to open by forcing it, it will close automatically when car is switched off however the screen is completely blank. Any ideas what it could be or how to diagnose fault?
