Archiving pages in a file

Hey Claire and Figma team. I loved this framework and organization tip, but it seems when you paste the version URL onto a link inside figma it removes the version information, linking to a frame inside Figma on the current version. Is there any workaround for this?

This is a great tip, but as others have already mentioned in the comments - Once you paste the link, and try to open it, it opens the page on which you copied the version history link.

TEMPORARY SOLUTION:
- Paste the link in a text box, so others can copy and open it in their browser (this works)
- Do note that if you've set Figma to open browser links in the desktop app, it won't work. But once the link is run in your browser, click "Open here instead", and it will show the version history in your browser

Or we could simply have an option "Archive" that by clicking would do this for us.

Can you create an extended version of this? You left out the most important part which is what is the expected behavior when you click the link. I have not gotten those links to work. Either it gives a "Link to deleted object" error or the link just directs the same page it was added.

Ctrl+Option+S on Windows? Mm, there's not Option key on Windows. There's always ALT. At least in western countries.

Hi, I have a question. I am exploring follow the changelog link tips. But it seems the link I get from the version control is always a current version not link to that version I want. Please help me clearer about the version link.

It's a great tool but unfortunately still doesn't work within Figma pages :(
